This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income. The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process; third-party verification may also be required.
Initial qualification to move into our community must have a total annual income (before taxes) for all occupants of the apartment home (regardless of age) less than:

Overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the site and the brightness of the apartment shown (2nd. floor unit). Amenities are much to be desired and we especially liked the fact that an in-door (heated) pool was available to tenants. First impressions were great.- Yelp
